Toyo Fence (formerly called Air-Fence)

This item is used for concrete patching work. First, we build temporary wall to hold the reinforcing bar for Toyo Fence, then after setting up the concrete, we pull out the Toyo Fence. This enables us to finish the engineering work without remaining any alien substance in the body of the structure. As reinforced-concrete buildings are becoming more common, use of this product has become popular for the column and panel zones.

Gap Gard (patent applied for)

This is used as an air-frame when we pour grout around a body. These days, with RC-type PC construction, this is used at various parts of pillars and beams. We can install and remove this item in very short time, which enables you to reduce the working time compared to traditional plaster work.

Hole Maker (patent applied for)

This can be used to make pouring routes in concrete modules made at the ground. Compared to PVC pipe, there is no loss of strength. Additionally, it is very easy to install and to remove, for efficient production.

MD Bag

The MD Bag product is made in collaboration with Tokai Gum Kogyo. This product is used as an inner frame to place a hole in concrete for preparation of pouring grout.
